A traditional Palestinian chilli sauce made using an authentic family recipe. Considered hot by local standards, but mildly spicy when compared to chilli sauces from the Indian subcontinent.

Ingredients: Hot chillies, salt, acetic acid, dried garlic, herbs and spices.
