Yaffa specializes in the marketing of Palestinian products, primarily Medjoul dates from Jericho as well as olive oil, Zataar, freekeh, black seed oil, etc. Yaffa also markets a wide range of other products, including Medina dates (Ajwa, Khudri, Safawi, Mabroom, etc.) as well as a range of Tunisian and Algerian dates. Yaffa takes special care to ensure all its products are ethically sourced. All batches of product can be re-traced back to the farm where they originated. Yaffa works exclusively with Palestinian owned farms and ensures that the farmers and packing facilities all provide fair pay to their workers.
